The story, even when you think you know how it goes, will told you exactly what you are expecting and breaks the latter expectation, which makes the story better not to expect anything, which makes you get more experience of the characters. The soundtrack is great as always in the both editions. Art is improved to works better on bigger screen. The bad side of this is the story is very short (compared to both editions of Narcissu).TL;DR: This game just make me cry.. Beautiful, just beautiful!!!. I already own every hard copy stage NANA sold during komikes, light novels and mangas, but still bought this anyway. Note: I have read every Narcissu on steam IN JAPANESE, I can't comment on the TL quality but lots have told me that its well executed so you should still give it a try, in this case giving $ to SP and Stage NANA worths more than any OELVN jokes and other badly TLed SP titles.To begin, Kataoka tomo's writing on life and death matters with the themes of terminal illness is the best I have read out of the current 120 VNs I have completed. His writing shows that he indeed have deeply thought about the ideas of death quite thoroughly, otherwise one would not be able to stories such as Narcissu.I usually won't give high scores to titles that's shorter than 10 hours, but this is an exception for the Narcissu Series, because it's short, simple and straightforward with the life death theme, making it an advantage in the case of Narcissu. It would not be an over exaggeration to say that, this series is better than 90% of the VNs available in the Japanese market, I have it ranked on the same level with titles such as, Koi de wa naku, Eden*. and the irotoridori series.Better read this if you haven't.. himeko's epilouge was great. 10/10 will feels again.looking forward to the DLC. Visual Novels about people waiting for their death.Not my kind of setting it's surprisingly quite interesting read, good writing, soundtrack and art. Extra BGM track added to the soundtrack: A sharp-eared fan contacted us saying that we had accidentaly left out one piece of music used in the game, so we did some digging and updated everyone's OST DLC with the additional track (#25 on Disc2). Small OST update: Hi guys,We've pushed out a small update to the OST today: Track 2, Disc1 of the soundtrack has been renamed and moved to Disc2 Track26- dear friend (short ver.). Its original spot, Disc1, Track02 is now the full-length version of the same song. ReplayGain tags were also updated across the OST to reflect the change.The story behind this was the raw WAV version of the file had never been obtained from the music house during production, only a downsampled mp3 version for reference use had been availbleThe game uses the short version in-game so no one really noticed that the incorrect version was in the WAV archives that were then used to build the OST release.Much later on, a few users brought the issue to our attention, and we first had to confirm that a full version existed, then we had to go track down the original data. It took a while but we found it, hence this update.. Minor bugfixes and OST tweak: A couple of minor updates were released lately, 1) A handful of formatting errors in the script were corrected 2) The OST's Disc 2, Track 06 "Liason" has been upgraded to the full length song instead of the short version.
